1. Platform Use

Coolsine is a marketplace designed for the sale of food products and non-alcoholic beverages only. The platform must not be used to offer or sell non-food items such as electronics, apparel, merchandise, or other consumer goods that are not food-related. The sale of tobacco products, illegal or controlled substances, hazardous materials, and other non-food products is strictly prohibited.

Sellers who wish to offer alcohol or other regulated beverages must obtain and maintain all applicable licenses and comply with local laws and platform policies; absent explicit platform approval and required licensing, alcohol is not permitted. Violations of this policy may result in removal of listings, suspension, or termination of accounts.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Coolsine. By using our Service, you represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to enter into these Terms.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Use of Service

Coolsine grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for your internal business purposes. You agree not to misuse or disrupt the platform.

5. User Content

You retain rights to your uploaded content and grant us a limited license to use it to operate the Service. You are responsible for the legality of your content.

6. Payments and Fees

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise noted. Failure to pay may result in service suspension.

7. Deliveries and Third-Party Services

Coolsine may help manage deliveries, but is not liable for third-party delivery actions or errors.

8–20. Additional Terms

• 8. Intellectual Property: All content and functionality belong to Coolsine or its licensors.
• 9. Data and Privacy: You agree to our Privacy Policy.
• 10. Service Availability: We do our best to maintain uptime, but don’t guarantee it.
• 11. Termination: We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.
• 12. Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to what you’ve paid us in the last 12 months.
• 13. Indemnification: You agree to hold Coolsine harmless for misuse or content issues.
• 14. Food Safety & Allergen Compliance: Sellers must comply with all applicable food safety laws, labeling requirements, and allergen disclosure obligations. Sellers must provide accurate ingredient lists and clearly disclose any common allergens. Proper handling, storage, and tamper-resistant packaging standards are required to help ensure customer safety.
• 15. Licenses & Permits: Sellers are responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required permits, licenses, registrations, and inspections necessary to prepare, sell, and distribute food in their jurisdictions.
• 16. Prohibited Items: Non-food items, illegal goods, unsafe products, and items requiring special handling or regulatory oversight that the platform does not support are prohibited.
• 17. Refunds & Cancellations: Refunds and cancellations are processed by Sellers and/or Stripe accounts. Refunds may be issued for food safety issues, incorrect orders, or delivery failures where appropriate. If Sellers use Stripe as payment platform, they must follow Stripe procedures when processing refunds and cancellations.
• 18. Pricing & Taxes: Sellers must display accurate pricing and are responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable taxes, duties, or fees required by law.
• 19. Shopping list algorithm: Coolsine uses not only the ingredient proportions defined for items and products, but also the weight change factor. The result is only as accurate as the data provided. If shopping lists look incorrect, review and adjust the ingredient proportions and weight change factors so the recipe reflects your real portions.
